Stephanie Holder, age 46, of Norcross, Georgia, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Stephanie was born on January 5, 1967 to Gracie Johnson in Brooklyn, New York. She was welcomed by her older siblings: Bernard, Gary and Yvette. Stephanie in turn enjoyed the arrival of her younger siblings: Michael, Sharlene and Kelly. On August 19, 1994 she was wed Collin Holder and several years later they welcomed little Stephanie and Kyle into their loving family.
On February 3, 2008, Stephanie symbolized her dedication through water baptism to our Heavenly Father, Jehovah. She continued to share her love for Jehovah through word and deed, providing a model for her family to follow.
Collin described Stephanie as “a loving wife who always put family first. She was an extraordinary mother cut from a different cloth.” Stephanie’s love for her family and the congregation was always personified with a bright smile, a sweet kiss and a warm embrace. She loved to show her love. Her family remembers Stephanie as always having a Bible and “would pull it out in a minute” to help family, friends and strangers she met through the course of her ministry.
Stephanie is survived by her loving Husband: Collin; their Daughter: Stephanie; Sons: Rajan and Kyle; her Mother: Gracie Johnson; her Mother-in-law: Doreen Holder; and a host of Family, Friends, Relatives and her extended Family in the Christian Congregation.
The Holder Family would like to thank you for your sincere condolences and acts of kindness. We look forward to the time when Jehovah, “the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort” will fulfill his promises to “swallow up death forever.” A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 4735 Britt Road, Norcross, GA 30093.
