Fern and girls,
I am so sorry to hear about Bill. “Fern and Bill” are such an institution at the gym. Everyone knew and loved you both. Bill was always so friendly. I loved the way he shepherded Fern around as she chatted with everyone. No one remained a stranger to Fern and Bill.
We will greatly miss him. All our thoughts and prayers to you, Fern, and your girls.

Rick Allen says
Over occasional rocky roads and through sometimes stormy seas a strong friendship was forged and a solid partnership emerged. To learn now that we must say an early farewell brings a feeling of sorrow and loss, but also a reminder that this present world will soon give way to a grand reunion. Fern, girls, you are now and ever will be in the prayers at the Allen household as well as those scattered around the planet who’s lives he touched in such a positive way.

Please know that our thoughts and prayers here at Anchor Distributors/Whitaker House are with Bill’s family right now. May the Holy Spirit bring a peace that passes human understanding.
We were so privileged to work with Bill, as he creatively did so much to expand the Kingdom of God here on earth through Christian retail. He will be greatly missed. But we have no doubt he is hearing “well done, good and faithful servant”.

I am so sorry and surprised to learn of Bill’s death. I will always remember Bill as active, energetic, and keen to explore new things. And I remember you, Fern, and the children. I hope that you and all of your family will find comfort in the thought of all the good things Bill did and in the knowledge that his friends remember him fondly.
With all my best wishes.
