Arthur Henny, age 65, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014.  Mr. Henny was born Friday, July 2, 1948 in Denver, Colorado.  He was a builder and construction lender and formerly resided in Colorado Springs, Colorado before moving to Atlanta.  Mr. Henny was preceded in death by his mother, C. Louise Schooler Henny Johnson and his father, Rudolph B. Henny.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia Henny of Atlanta, Georgia; son, Michael Henny of Atlanta, Georgia; and sister, Janet Olsen of Spirit Lake, Iowa.
