NEWMAN – Regina Cardell Ashmore Newman, age 79 of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday March 3, 2015.  She was born in 1935 in Atlanta, Georgia, and was preceded in death by husbands, Lynn Ashmore and Leonard Newman; and a daugter, Vicki Lynn Ashmore.  Survivors include children: Jon Ashmore, Greenville, South Carolina, Paula Ashmore, Dacula, Georgia, and Jeannie Manning, Bothell, Washington; and grandchildren: Eric Martin, Loganville, Georgia and Nicole Manning, New York.  A private memorial will be held at a later date.  Georgia Cremation 3116 U.S. Highway 23 Duluth, Georgia 30096. 678-584-0914. www.georgiacremation.com
