Ms. Mary Skipp, age 71, of Georgia, passed away on May 1, 2017.

Ms. Skipp was born on July 9, 1945, in Glasgow, Scotland. She was an avid reader, connoisseur of Native American art, an avid adrenaline enthusiast. Ms. Skipp was involved in her community and was always eager to volunteer. She owned Center of Attention Daycare in Miami, Florida, where she was loved by all who worked there. Prior to that she worked in Travelers Insurance in Connecticut . Ms. Skipp also worked in various casinos around the country, where she developed her love of Native American art.

Ms. Skipp was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Skipp, who died March 13, 2015. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Elizabeth and Jack Miller of Georgia, grandchildren; Temperance and Jaxx Miller of Georgia; son: Phillip Skipp of Georgia, brother: Brian Sinclair of Connecticut

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on May 13, 2017 at the residence of her daughter, Elizabeth Miller. Memorial contributions may be made to your local rehab facility in Ms. Skipp’s honor.
