Roy Levon Faulk was born August 14, 1958 in Columbus, Georgia the son of Nellie H. Faulk and Roy L. Faulk. Mr. Faulk passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Midtown Medical Center.

The family will hold a private service at a later date and kindly request in lieu of flowers for donations in memory of Mr. Roy Levon Faulk be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 9947 Veterans Parkway, Midland, Georgia 31820.

Mr. Faulk was preceded in death by his father, Roy L. Faulk and brother, Andrew L. Faulk.  Survivors include his mother, Nellie H. Faulk; children, Tabitha N. Brown and Jeremy L. Wehunt; siblings, Dickie Ann Allen, James “Eddie” (Dolores) Dawson, Gary T. Faulk, and Jo Lynn (Todd) Douthit; one grandchild and a host of extended family members.
