Anna Lee Payne Morgan, age 85, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021, following an extended illness.
Anna was born June 26, 1935 in Ellijay, Georgia to the late H.C. Payne and Charity Belle May Payne. She was preceded in death by her 5 brothers and 1 sister. Anna was retired from Dittler Brothers/Moreno Press where she worked as a receptionist for many years.
Anna is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Anga-Lee and Dennis Tipton; grandsons, Reed Morgan Tipton and Cameron Ross Tipton. She is also survived by her niece and her husband Cheryl Barnett Simmons and Billy Simmons of Ellijay, Georgia.
The family would like to thank Homestead Hospice, A Helping Hand Home Care and Home Care Matters for the excellent care that they provided during her illness.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

I just found out about your loss. I loved Anna, sorry we lost touch through the years. I lost my Father the Day before, sending healing thoughts and prayers to Angilee and family.

I just learned of Anna’s passing. Heaven just earned a grand Southern lady! I loved her (and you, sweet AngaLee) dearly, but we had lost touch with each other over the years. Some f my fondest memories were sipping sweet tea and watching QVC or HSN together. Once we went to the Biltmore House for the weekend. Enjoyed working with her and our lunches together. She added such a touch of elegance to Moreno Press! And she thought you, Reed and Ross hung the moon and stars! Fly high sweet Anna Lee! ❤️🙏🌹
