Kimsey Clyde Wallis, 81, passed away peacefully in his home on April 30, 2025.

Kimsey was born February 12, 1944 in Atlanta, Ga to Clyde and Vivian (Carter) Wallis. He grew up in the Atlanta area alongside his parents and his brothers. He worked as a machinist for many years with Foote & Davies Printing in Atlanta, Ga. After his retirement, he settled in Fayetteville, Ga, where he spent his last years.

Kimsey was preceded in death by his parents: J. Clyde Wallis and Vivian (Carter) Samples; his brother: Robert Samples; and his son: Barry Wallis. He is survived by his son: Timothy Wallis (Sherry); his brother: Mark Samples (Paula); his nephew: Brian Samples; and a host of other family members.
