Mark H. King 69, of Columbus, Ga., passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Mark Harold King was born July 14th, 1956, in Columbus, Ga., a son of the late Harold King and Juanita Carroll King Bailey. He lived his entire life in the Columbus/Smith Station area, where he
worked as a self-employed Carpenter. Mark was a Christian by faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing guitar with his brother Dennis and friends.

Survivors include his three daughters, Cora King, Catrina King and Audra King. His brother Randy M. King and his wife Laurie S. King of Latrobe Pa., two sisters, Susan Morgan of Glennville, Ga. and Karen Stafford of Ludowici, Ga. and a large extended family. Mark was preceded in death by a brother Dennis King, a sister Kelly Edge, and Stepfather Charles Bailey.

Georgia Cremation-Columbus assisted the family with the arrangements.
