Sharon Alison Thornton Levson, 67, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on November 30th, 2025. Alison was born on December 23, 1957, in Columbus, Georgia.
Alison was the daughter of Billy Coleman Thornton and Rachel Atkins Thornton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Levson, and her father Billy
Coleman Thornton.
She is survived by her mother Rachel Atkins Thornton, her sisters Kelli Thornton Williams (Ronnie) and Tracy Thornton Obert, her stepson Aric Ogletree (Tammy), her grandchildren Alyssa Ogletree and Brandon Ogletree, numerous nieces and nephews, and her wonderful friend June Rogers Johnson.
There will be a private service at a later date.
Georgia Cremation-Columbus is assisting the family with the arrangements.
