OBITUARIO 

Leny Guadalupe Clavel González, amada madre, abuela y bisabuela, falleció en paz rodeada del amor de su familia en Lawrenceville, Georgia, el 5 de enero de 2026.

Nacida en Cabimas, Maracaibo, Venezuela, dedicó su vida a su familia y a su vocación como educadora. Con más de 28 años de servicio, se desempeñó como maestra y subdirectora de escuela primaria en Venezuela, ejerciendo su profesión con dedicación, compromiso y profundo amor por la enseñanza, dejando una huella significativa en estudiantes, colegas y comunidades educativas.

Como madre y abuela, dedicó su vida a sus hijos, luchando incansablemente para brindarles una mejor calidad de vida y promoviendo siempre la educación como su mayor legado. Su amor, guía y apoyo permanecieron constantes a lo largo de sus vidas.

En 2021, se estableció definitivamente en los Estados Unidos para estar cerca de sus dos hijos. Disfrutaba de la playa, caminar, bailar, conversar y celebrar la vida junto a su familia. Fue una mujer de fe católica y de oración constante.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Julio C. y María E. Siado Clavel; sus nietos Andrea K., María V., Samantha  Ch. Siado Durán y Samuel A. Siado Clavel; sus bisnietos Ragnar, Lucía y Gemma; sus hermanos Pedro, Félix, Josefina y Eliezer Clavel González; además de otros familiares y amigos.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Carmen González y Pedro Clavel.

OBITUARY

Leny Guadalupe Clavel González, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on January 5, 2026.

Born in Cabimas, Maracaibo, Venezuela, she devoted her life to her family and to her vocation as an educator. With more than 28 years of service, she worked as a primary school teacher and vice principal in Venezuela, carrying out her profession with dedication, commitment, and a deep love for teaching, leaving a meaningful impact on students, colleagues, and the educational communities she served.

As a mother and grandmother, she dedicated her life to her children, striving tirelessly to provide them with a better quality of life and always promoting education as her greatest legacy. Her love, guidance, and support remained constant throughout their lives.

In 2021, she settled permanently in the United States to be close to her two children. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, walking, dancing, conversing, and celebrating life with her family. She was a woman of deep Catholic faith and constant prayer.

She is survived by her children, Julio C. and María E. Siado Clavel; her grandchildren Andrea K, María V., Samantha Ch. Siado Durán, and Samuel A. Siado Clavel; her great-grandchildren Ragnar, Lucía, and Gemma; her siblings Pedro, Félix, Josefina , and Eliezer Clavel González; and many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carmen González and Pedro Clavel.

She will live forever in our hearts.
