Crystalle Morgan Barrientos, 42, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on October 16, 2026, after a courageous battle with illness lasting several years. Born in Atlanta, GA on December 30, 1983, she lived her life with her whole heart.
Crystalle was athletic from a young age and played high school softball. She went on to become a Community Director in Property Management, where her warmth and steady care made people feel at home. She was a fearless, inspiring leader who poured everything into her team and treated each person as her own. She lived in Seattle for a time, but the South was always home.
She was a gracious hostess who loved gathering the people she loved around her table for steak, baked potatoes, risotto and vegetables followed by games of Scrabble, Guitar Hero or Heads Up. She never turned down Taco Bell’s Nacho Belgrande or a chance to watch a good game. Crystalle’s love for Georgia sports came from her dad, making every Bulldogs and Braves season a little piece of him she carried with her.
Music was one of the ways Crystalle connected with the people she loved. Her playlists reflected every part of her, from Dermot Kennedy, Mat Kearney, Ray LaMontagne, Hozier, alt-J, and OneRepublic to Pearl Jam and the ’90s alternative, rap, and R&B she grew up listening to. And if “Wanna Be a Baller” came on, she knew every word.
She could stand on a pier and watch the waves crash for as long as you’d let her. She absolutely adored anywhere that there was water, whether it be a creek, river, or the ocean. The beach held a special place in her heart, and she was able to spend time by the ocean in her final year, enjoying the waves and the peace she always found near the water. In her last days, her wish was to be at the beach one last time.
Crystalle’s life was marked by loss, heartache, and struggles that were not always easy for others to understand. Through life’s hardest moments, she cared deeply for the people she loved and offered support in any way she could. She had a deep love for animals, and her pets were family.
She was preceded in death by her adored father, Rick Barrientos; her loved mother, Pamela Sue Davis; her sweet brother Josh; and her beloved soul dog, Molly.
Crystalle is survived by her cherished sister, Keri, her lovely stepmother, Roxanne, her dear brother Jamie, her adored fur babies, Bit and Harper; her loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; and the many dear friends who will miss her more than words can say
