Tracy Lynn Stokes, 64, of Waverly Hall, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her residence Wednesday October 21st, 2026.

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents John Wiley and Geraldine McTier; her siblings, Prissy Meadows, Ricky McTier, Danny Ray McTier and Trina Aaron.  She was also preceded in death by her son Andrew Jackson Stokes III.

Tracy is survived by her daughters, Andrea (Chris), Victoria Dawn and Cathy (Bryan); grandchildren, Adam (Hannah), David (Emily), Chanceler, Kelsie, Autumn (Kelveon), Bryan Jr. (Makaya) and Cadence; great-grandchildren, Emma, Lillie and J.R.; nephews, David, Joey, Steven Lawson, Jake, Terry Mann and Kevin (DeErika); her close niece, Jaime McTier (Tabatha), Summer, Meagan and Bailey.

Tracy lived a spontaneous life. She loved the beach and outdoors. She liked riding motorcycles and being in the open air. Tracy loved to clean, her house was always spotless. Her hair was always a different color, but she always had a smile! If love could keep her alive she would have lived forever. Tracy was loved by so many people. She lived one hell of a life but always remained strong and hard-headed. Throughout all her tough times she never lost her faith in God. Tracy was one of the strongest women there was. There isn’t anything she hasn’t been through.

Now go rest Momma bird. We miss you so much down here. You are no longer in any pain trapped in a chair. You are free now! Fly high bird!
