Andres Cortez Roman, 94, of Columbus, Georgia passed away January 29, 2020. Mr. Roman was born November 11,1925 in Aguada, Puerto Rico to the late Maria Roman-Ruiz and Eusebio Cortez-Perez. Mr. Roman worked for Boeing as a foreman in Elgin, Illinois for many years. He is proceeded in death by his parents;wife, Euladia Ruiz Cortez; and sons, Antonio Cortez and James Cortez.

Survivors include his children, Blanca Martin, Julie Williams (Norman), Yoanne Frosch (Scott), Joe Cortez and Diego Cortez; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-granchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

A small service will be held 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church, 2935 9th Street, Columbus, GA 31906.
