Mr. Bernard “Bernie” Adler, age 72, of Newnan, passed away February 2, 2017.

Mr. Adler was born in Patterson, NJ, on June 1, 1944, to the late Raymond and Ethel Adler. He was a loving father and devoted husband. He loved playing blackjack and fishing. He was mechanically inclined and especially enjoyed tinkering with machines and could fix just about anything.

Mr. Adler is preceded in death by his two brothers, Larry and Jack Adler.

Survivors include his beloved wife: Diane Adler of Jonesboro; son: Heath Adler of Port Jefferson Station, NY; daughter: Ronda Davis or Alpharetta; grandchildren: Zachary, Clarissa and Tiffany Adler; nephew: Robert Adler; nieces: Sara McIntire and Robin Adler.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The American Heart Association. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 11 at 3:00 PM. Friends may visit the family from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Georgia Cremation, 1086 Highway 54 West, Fayetteville.
