Bounchanh Sivilay, age 58, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018. He was born in Vientiane, Laos on April 4, 1960. Mr. Sivilay is survived by his loving wife, Kongdao Phommmaly; daughter, Katherine Keooudone and her husband, Somphonh Keooudone; son, Noukhao Phommaly; granddaughter, Madison Keooudone; granddaughter, Emella Keooudone; and grandson, Lann Phommaly.
