Carlos Luis Santiago, age 60, of Longview, Texas passed away on August 4, 2021.

Carlos Luis Santiago was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on August 19, 1960 to Bernardo Santiago and Matilde Sanchez. Carlos was a wonderful man. He lived helping people and feeding others. He had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around. His smile just melt your heart. Carlos is now home with the Lord. He will be missed by many that knew him. May you rest in heavenly peace.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Perez Santiago; children, Selena, Angelo, Sabrina, Carlita and Carlitos; mother, Matilde Sanchez; siblings, Papo, George, Aida and Judy; as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
