Miss Catherine Elizabeth Bryan Scarbrough, 65, passed away September the 14th at 6:13 p.m. in Duluth Georgia after battling lung cancer/a short illness. Cathy was a native of Atlanta, Georgia, born to Howard and Elizabeth Bryan on January 22, 1959. She grew up in Riverdale, Georgia and graduated from North Clayton High School in 1977.
Cathy is survived by her brother, Kendall Bryan of Port Orange, FL, her three children, Melissa Griffith, Duluth, GA, Bryan Duttenhoffer, Athens, GA, and Carley McBee, Daytona, FL, her grandchildren; Ivy Duttenhoffer, Lily, Addison and Gibson Griffith, Brayden and Lucas Scarbrough and Ansley McBee and many bonus children who were always welcomed into her home through the years. She lived a life full of friends, adventure and travel and touched many lives along the way. She loved music and flowers and was devoted to living every moment to the utmost, always looking to the next new experience fearlessly.

I give my condolences to the family I’m so sorry for your loss. I really liked Kathy it was nice having her as a neighbor her Kendall together we liked them both she was so sweet still like Kendall still like Cathy LOL I’m just sorry she’s gone but I know she’s at peace now. There’s no more pain she can rest easy.
