Charles A. Donnelly, Jr., age 69, of Norcross, Georgia passed away on March 29, 2018. Mr. Donnelly proudly served his country and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Donnelly was known for his kindness, generosity and of being a good neighbor.
