William Clark, age 71, of Monroe, Georgia passed away Monday, May 18, 2015.  A memorial service to celebrate the life of William Clark will be held 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 21, 2105 at First Baptist Church in Monroe, GA, www.fbcmonroe.com.  The family will receive on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the Carter Watkins House in Monroe, GA.
