Ive never met someone who truly made light of everything and believed we should just truly focus on the moment in which we were in… He has definitely impacted my fitness journey and has been one of my reasons lately to get up and go even if I only have 15mins…. Reason why because Im physically able so whats the excuse… I Love You Damon and Im proud to say we actually shared those words aloud… Till we meet again hold down the weights for me and claim our section in the gym in the heavens above….

I’ve never met someone so kind, respectful and passionate about people in my life. Except for Damon he was truly like my grandpa he always told me when I was in the wrong or in the right. And he always told me I needed to workout and now this is for you Damon I’ve been working out for you.
