Dana Michelle Lizardi, 50, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 at Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.

Survivors include her daughter, Jessyka Fore, her son, David Kane Parr; three grandchildren, Nathan Parr, Kaydan Parr and Riley Fore; three sisters, Kathy Smith, Lisa Jackson and Tara Kittrell; three brothers, Raymond Earl, Christopher Holland and Nicholas Holland. She was preceded in death by her son, Nathan Adams and her parents, Alice Holland and Desmond McDonald

The family will hold a memorial service to celebrate Dana’s life on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 11:00 am at Porter Memorial Baptist Church, 90 40th Street, Columbus, GA 31904.
