Mr. David Adams, 80, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on September 27, 2021. He was born March 7, 1941 in Phenix City, AL.  He grew up in the house he currently lived in. He loved to fish, golf and go to Hardee’s for biscuits!

Mr. Adams worked in the banking and finance industry. David also served in the United States Army National Guard as a sharpshooter.  He belonged to the Masons and Montgomery Scottish Rite.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Columbus First Baptist Church, 212 12th Street, Columbus, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife, Gaylene Adams of 40 years, son: Mark Adams, daughters: Staci Steen and Lisa Lanik, sister: Beverly Mills, niece: Jodi Galarza, and grand nieces: Tory and Makayla Mills.
