Ms. “Debbie” Debra Ann Chasse, 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday Morning, November 23, 2019 at home in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Debra was born in Vineland, New Jersey on August 16th, 1956 to Guy Falletta and Joan Marie Falletta.
Debbie was very fond of nature and passionate about horses. Her favorite interest were Art and Theater along with rocking out to Robert Plant and music of all kinds. She was also a big fan of NASCAR. During her downtime she enjoyed the endless pursuit of knowledge whether it be a good book or cosmic poetry. A few words to describe our mom: loving, giving, warm, and most of all, autonomous.
Debbie obtained her GED at the age of 42 and attended college to become an independent tax practitioner and was an expert at crunching numbers! She managed several tax offices for almost 3 decades!
Survived by her daughters Melissa M. Chasse and Jamie L. Chasse; granddaughter, Alexus B. Halsey; and great- granddaughter, Lehanna J. Davis.
Endless gratitude to Dr. Stacy of Doctors Hospital, Dr. Heinrick of Suncoast Caner, Dr. Lingamurthy, Dr. Greg and his wonderful support staff at St. Francis Hospital, Kindred Hospice and Columbus Hospice
Thank you to all family and friends who went on this rollercoaster ride with Debbie and supporting her through three and a half years of battling Ovarian Cancer.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 2-6:00 PM at her home in Pine Mountain, Georgia.
