Donald, I was so thankful from the time that you married my daughter Ritchey here in the Philippines. The first sentence that you’re telling me from the time that my daughter told me about you was “Nanay, Ritchey is my destiny”. I was so flattered that my daughter brought you what you really deserve in life. You really love my daughter. You’re meant for each other. You always love, care, guide and help my daughter like no one else can.My daughter truly loved you until the very end of your life. 4years of marriage with my daughter were the best 4years of life that you’ve let us to experience the kindness, love, laughter and even telling jokes to us. You always made me smile even in doing silly stuff just to get me. I can’t forget what you’ve told me about the nickname of Dora the Explorer you named me about. You’ve let me experience to travel with you and my daughter. Telling you for the first time that’s the best ride on airplane with you. The feeling of a 65 year old Nanay would experience that moment of nervous but still I can’t let you all know. You always asked me if I’m always okay here and always took care of myself. You’re an example of how good person you are. All the things that you’ve helped us from the start we’re so greatful to share to everyone that you’ve never wait to hear from us that we need your help. You’re the one who always first to offer what you have. Our family love you very much. We love you from who you are. We will treasure your memories with us. Guide my daughter to be safe always there. No money can buy the true meaning of love that you’ve shown to us just like our love from our hearts for you. We love you Tusha no matter how many years will pass. Thank you for everything.
From Nanay😘😘😘😘

Tusha, I will always remember the days when you were here in the Philippines. The time when you were taking a shower here in the well, even that the water was like a color of chocolate. I initiated to get some bucket of water just to pour it into your head. I didn’t realized that you’re so tall that I can’t reach you. So my best solution was to climb up at the corner of the well just to pour the water to your head. They keep on laughing at us, because you knew already that I can’t reach you, but never thought that I can manage myself. You always care for me even I can’t speak to you very well. You always gave me everything that you wanted without hesitations. Thank you for everything. The love and support that you’ve always shared to us whenever we need you. I love you Donald Edwin Tusha.

We love you always from the start until the end. Thank you for everything like the love, laughter and the financial support whenever we need it from you. So sad that we don’t get to see you again, Don! Your kindness will always be remembered. Thank you for taking care of us when we first arrived in Korea!

I first met Don in Bamberg, Germany in 2003. His family and mine traveled and socialized together quite often in Germany and in Okinawa, Japan after we all moved there in 2005. He was funny, kind, smart, personable, adventurous, and always had a story to tell. I’m sad to know that he is no longer with us in this world. He will be missed. Prayers for his wife and family.
