Donna Kay Fortune Tillis, 56, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on April 26, 2022.

Ms. Fortune Tillis was born on May 22,  1965 in Columbus, Georgia.

She is remembered by her family as being artistic. She had a love for reading, writing and drawing. She spent a good majority of her time reading her bible and writing in her journal. She was passionate in her role as a grandmother. Her adventurous side often lead her walks, which she fondly enjoyed. She loved her chihuahuas and adored the color purple.

She is preceded in death by her father, William Aaron Fortune.

Survivors include her mother, Mary Joyce Johnson, her daughters, Lisa Fortune and Shanna Fortune, and her grandchildren; Brayden Oakes, Bailey Oakes, Kameron Thomas, Jack Higgins, Lilly Fortune and Charlie Higgins.

The family is being assisted by Georgia Cremation – Columbus.
