Elsie Marie Blunk, 92, of Newnan, GA, passed away June 6, 2022.

Elsie was born on August 31, 1929, in Tucker Hill, Virginia, to the late Henry Lee and Lena Irene (Bryant) Davis. She grew up in Tucker Hill alongside her parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Elsie graduated high school and worked in banking as a teller for 20 years. She left Virginia and lived in many cities in the U.S., Washington D.C., Phoenix, AZ., and Council Bluffs, IA. Elsie enjoyed day trips filled with sight-seeing and was a distinguished world traveller. She spent her time gardening and loving her pets, especially her dog Sissy.

Elsie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Raymond Blunk Jr; her daughter: Marie Giles; her son: David Koos; and granddaughters: Jennifer Giles and Angel Olsen. She is survived by her daughters: Diana Rickers and Nancy Clement; her son: Mark Koos; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
