Evelyn Hinds was a loving mother, sister and friend. Evelyn worked as a nurse for over 30 years. She enjoyed working with Elderly patients, meeting new people, learning about different cultures, interior decorating, cooking and growing plants. Evelyn had the best sense of style and the beauty of a fashion model.  Evelyn also had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. Her favorite scriptures were Psalm 23:6  and Alma 37:37.

Evelyn was proud of her family. She loved her 3 children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, parents, 5 sisters, and extended family. Evelyn had a way of making her surroundings beautiful, she made every house feel like a home.   Even after developing dementia, she still had a great sense of humor and still expressed her love for others.

Evelyn passed away on February 15, 2026 in Georgia. Eveyln is survived by her 3 children Derek, Jil and Lela, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, 3 sisters, and a host of family and friends. You may be gone from our sight, but you will always be in our hearts.
