Fannie Bailey, age 84, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on November 25, 2020.

   Fannie was a gentle soul with a giving spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone that she met.  She was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor that was apparent from the many laughs and smiles she always had on her face.

   Born on March 23 in Coweta, Georgia, Fannie was the oldest of 7 children. She took the responsibility of caring for her siblings when their mother passed away when the youngest was 5 years old. Hard-working, Fannie received her first job as a cook at the age of 14. She became a housekeeper that cared for several families and retired in 2010 after being with that family for over 40 years. After retirement, she enjoyed traveling, word searches, and shopping.

   She is preceded in death by her mother, father, brothers and  sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Bonita Dabney; siblings, Elizabeth Green, Sharon Irver, Hazel Malcolm, Clarence Malcolm, Wayne Malcolm and nephews.
