Mr. Frank Rayford, Jr, was born on February 23,1933 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Frank and Roberta Pitts Rayford. Mr. Rayford was a Brick Mason by trade, businessman, and an Army Veteran. Over his great years of life, he was blessed with seven children, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

He transitioned into the arms of our Lord and Savior on March 14, 2020 at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown. 

Surviving his departure and will always cherish his memories and miss him tremendously are his children, Frank Anthony Rayford, Theresa (Robert) Rayford, Angelia (Darnell) Anthony, Jerome (Lynn) Rayford, Courtney (Leonard) Lamb, Tony Dupuy, and Stacey Glanton. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren, grandchildren-in laws, great grandchildren, niece and nephews, cousins, numerous extended family and friends and his beloved fur baby named Dog. 

A Veterans Graveside Service will be held 10:30 am EST on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with military honors. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing is required, the number of attendees are limited to a total of fifty people, and the use of a mask is mandatory.
