Frank Rivera-Silva, age 66, passed away on July 19, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Frank was born on April 16, 1955 in Panama to Noel and Joan Rivera-Silva. He attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and graduated with a degree in business. Frank held many passions throughout his life that included competing in triathlons, volunteering with his beloved dog Buddy as a service dog at children’s hospitals, fishing all throughout the Gulf of Mexico and a love for Marco Island, Florida. He was a very involved and dedicated member at Perimeter Church and loved the Lord.

His death is preceded by his father, Noel Francis Rivera-Silva and his eldest brother, Noel Rivera-Silva.

Frank is survived by his children, Ryan Rivera-Silva and Morgan Burlison;  granddaughter, Ariana Burlison; his mother, Joan Rivera Silva; and brothers, Ed, Tony, Carlos, and Rick.

A ceremony to honor Frank’s life is scheduled for Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Perimeter Church Chapel, 9500 Medlock Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30097.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate Frank’s life.
