Mr. George J. Perry was born in New York to the late Mildred and Rafael Meija-James. Mr. George Perry was a hard working, loving father and Papa who would do anything for the people he loved. He loved hard and always wanted the best for others. He will be greatly missed by his family and dear friends.

Mr. George Perry, 83, of Columbus, Georgia passed away August 25, 2021 at Columbus Hospice after a hard fought battle with Covid.

Survivors include his children: Roland Perry, Timothy Perry, Tyrone Perry, Kimberly Perry, Diana Terrance Perry, Kaheila Williams and spouse, Abraham Johnson, and Joseph Williams; numerous beloved grandchildren, and a host of siblings, extended family and friends.

A funeral service was held 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Cox Funeral Home in Hamilton, Georgia.
