Guy Roger Miller, Jr., 58, of Pittsview, Alabama passed away in his home on January 26th.
Guy had a natural love for nature and working in the garden. He was well known for being exceptionally smart, and having a wicked sense of humor. He was a huge fan of Alabama football.
Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his father, Guy Roger Miller, Sr., and his mother Julia Christine Staddard.
His survivors include his step-mother, Elizabeth Miller, his son, Guy Roger Miller, III, his sisters, Lisa and Rebecca Miller, his brothers, Larry Miller and Ricky Baylis, his nephew Christopher Miller, and many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you donate to a charity near and dear to your heart, should you feel led to do so, or to Cottonton Baptist Church, in honor of Mr. Miller.

I have some fond memories from childhood and growing up, With our family, from sliding on cardboard boxes at Pine Mountain, eating hotdogs at the park, our primitive camping trips, vacationing in Mexico Beach, and listening to our favorite bands. I did not know Guy personally but heard many great stories from his sister, Becky. I’ve never known a more faithful and Godly woman than his step mother, Elizabeth. She loves her family unconditionally. I will continue to pray for this sweet family! I love y’all! 💕
