Kathy L. Heard, age 59, of Monticello, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015.  A memorial service to celebrate the life of Kathy L. Heard was held 1:00 PM Friday, March 13, 2015 at Cross Roads Full Gospel Church in Loganville, GA.

Kathy Heard was a loving, nurturing and caring mother to 3, sister to 8, grandmother to 11, and great grandmother to 3.  She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, more than anything.  She enjoyed American Idol, singing, drawing, painting, and cartoons; as well as crocheting blankets for each grandchild & seeing her children happy.  She never liked seeing her children or grandchildren sad, nor did she like bugs of any kind, especially bees, and people who were mean and hateful to others.  She really loved to look at the sky and capture the beauty it held, and she had a wonderful smile that could light up the whole room.  Kathy will be missed more than words can ever express.

Kathy is survived by children – Julie, Tiffany and Adam;  daughter-in-law – Crystal Powell; sons-in-law – Ricky, Johnny and Bryan; grandchildren – Jonathan, David, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Austin, Christian, Taylor, Trinity, Savanna, Abel and Joseph; great grandchildren – Mason, Elleigh and Blake; sisters – Lisa, Paula, Elaine and Laurie; brothers – Scotty, Tommy, Neal and Terry; sisters-in-law – Janice and Deborah; brothers-in-law – Rusty (Rustido) and Dean (Dino); nieces – Kandace and Rachel; nephews – Chris and Justin.  Other relatives surviving include great nieces – Tatum, Torie and Emilee; great nephews – Dustin and Trenton; and other extended family and friends that may not be listed , but were just as loved by Kathy.
