Ilona Lukins, age 80, of Snellville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014.  Ilona was born Sunday, July 30, 1933 in Riga, Latvia.  She immigrated with her family to the United States after World War II.  Ilona was employed with The J.L.
