Jeffery Lynn Tolbert, age 79, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away on February 26, 2021. She was at home with her husband and hospice nurse at time of passing.  Jeffery died after experiencing and suffering from approximately 10 years of dementia and an almost lifetime of Type One Diabetes.

Jeffery was born in Meridian, Mississippi on December 3, 1941. She was born the 5th of five daughters to Winston and Lola Belle Kling. She was a 1959 graduate of Albany High School in Albany, Georgia. She worked for and retired from the Clark County court system of Clark County, Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters: Mary Frances, Peggy and Joan.

She is survived by her husband, James Tolbert; sister, Bernice Blakey of Henderson, NV; son, Robert Osbon of Nevada; son, William Osbon of Kansas; grandson, Ryanscott Osbon (Elisha); great granddaughter, Kaliyah; two great grandsons, Jaiven and Xathen; and several nieces and nephews.

No service is planned at this time, so please do not send flowers. If you wish, you may donate in Jeffery’s memory to either the Dementia Society of America or the American Diabetes Association.
