With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jerome C. Rode, 81, of Johns Creek on August 26.

He is preceded in death by his father Cleatis Rode, his mother Catherine Rode, his stepmother, Audrey Wild, and his daughter Erica Rode. He is survived by his wife Jane Rode, daughters Stephanie Rode, Julie (Mitchel) DeFrancis, and Suzanne Rode, and grandchildren William Sydor, Avery Landt, Graham DeFrancis, Austin DeFrancis and Paige DeFrancis.

There will be a private ceremony for close family. We invite contributions to Wire Fox Terrier Rescue Midwest in memory of Jerry and his support for the organization that rescued his beloved Quincy.

Georgia Cremation in Duluth is assisting the family with arrangements.
