Mr. Banks, 63, of Columbus, Georgia passed away peacefully on August 27, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA.
Johnny was born in Phenix City, AL and moved to Columbus, GA where he permanently resided. He was a Spencer High School graduate and a well known football star!
Mr. Banks was predeceased by his mother, Deland B. Jackson, his son, D’Angelo Williams and his brother, Jesse Banks.
He is survived by his four children; Derrick Phillips (Camarie), Takela Cochran, Tameka Williams and Christopher Nelams, 8 Grandchildren, two sisters, Mary Rutledge and Consuela Horton (Micheal) and a loving niece Shamicia Rutledge.
Georgia Cremation – Columbus is assisting the family.
