Julie Maslove Fortner, age 68, of Winder, GA, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 5, 2022, in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home.

Julie spent most of her life in Customer Service and retired from Publix in Winder, GA. Later in life, she enjoyed the fulltime job of “Nana”. She enjoyed her special Fridays spoiling her grandchildren with lots of shopping, food, and nail appointments.

Julie was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Maslove Jr. and mother, Julia Maslove (Godick). Julie is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Anthony Fortner; son, Charles Fortner; daughter, Jennifer Weaver; brother-in-law, Timothy Fortner; sister-in-law, Jenny Fortner; son-in-law, Bryan Weaver; grandchildren, Alexis Weaver (Lexie), Krysten Weaver, and Rachael Weaver; niece, Jessica Fortner, plus numerous extended family and friends.

The family will receive extended family and friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 (770) 962-3100.
