Kerry Richard Barrientos, 63 of Duluth, passed away on July 24, 2021. Kerry passed away peacefully at 12:30 P.M. surrounded by his family.

Born on November 30, 1957, Kerry grew up in the city of Gainesville with his Brother Gerald. Growing up, he loved to play baseball and always had an affinity for fishing. As an adult, Kerry worked for Kroger for over 27 years. His priorities remained to be faith and family. One of Kerry’s proudest moments was becoming a Stevens Minister to provide insight and strength to those going through difficult times.

Kerry is survived by his wife, Roxanne Barrientos, his two daughters, Crystalle and Keri Barrientos, and his brother Gerald Blackford. His family and friends are asking any donations be made to https://gofund.me/8d9ffafa

The memorial service was held Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Duluth First United Methodist Church. An overwhelming number of friends and family showed up as a tribute to Kerry’s character and his life of work for the glory of God.
