Kum Cha Stapleman, 77 of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Memorial services will be 3:00 pm, Monday, February 10, 2025 at Midtree Church, 13175 Hwy 315, Cataula, GA.

Mrs. Stapleman was born January 8, 1948 in Seoul, South Korea. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was married to her best friend, Bruce Stapleman, for 55 years. Mrs. Stapleman spent her days always loving her family while running her businesses until she retired. She enjoyed singing, dancing and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Stapleman was preceded in death by her father, Bok Tong Yi and her mother, Chong Cha Yi. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Stapleman of Columbus; her daughter, Liesa Ross, her son, Sam Stapleman (Melissa); six grandchildren, Alexis Stapleman, Braylen Ross, Samuel Stapleman, Hannah Stapleman, Suki Stapleman, Selena Stapleman and several siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews.
