Lakisha Trinae’ Alpough, age 44 of Palmetto GA, passed away December 5, 2022 with her sister and children by her side. Kisha, as she was known to loved ones, was born June 6, 1978 in New Roads, LA to Leon and Lillian Alpough.
She is preceded in death by her loving mother Lillian Alpough. She is survived by her father, Leon Alpough Jr of Palmetto, brother and sister-in-law, Leon and Brandy Alpough of Williamson, sister Latrice Alpough of Palmetto. Her children, Brittany Larkins of Palmetto and Kameron Alpough of Fort Bragg, NC. Nieces and nephew, Tori Boyce, Lucas, Lily and Ella Alpough. Grandson Isaac Wesseh and great-nephew, Kason Boyce.
For her short time spent on this earth, Kisha spent it taking care of others. She worked as a medical assistant for several years before becoming the full-time caregiver of her ailing mother until her last breath. She always took care of everyone before herself. She loved her children with everything and lived her life for them. She loved her nieces and nephew as if they were her own. And especially loved her new grandson and great-nephew.
She will forever be remembered as a fiery, strong and confident woman. Not to mention, her ability to cook good gumbo and jambalaya, just like her momma. But most importantly she will be remembered as a loving, selfless, beautiful soul. There is peace and comfort knowing she is now in the arms of our Lord. We know that she will continue to watch over everyone as she did her entire life, only now she is our Angel.
