Larry Wayne Kennedy, 63 of Cataula, GA passed away and joined the Lord and his sweet Mom on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Piedmont Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA. There will be no public service at his request but a memorial  at the beach as he wished.

Larry, as he was best known, was born January 25, 1961 in Winston-Salem, NC the son of Leonard Wayne Kennedy and Helen Brown Kennedy. He was a Vice President for Hobart Commercial Equipment. Larry enjoyed remote control cars, trucks and airplanes and loved all animals, especially his own pets.

He was preceded in death by his mother and is survived by his wife, Janet R. Kennedy, his sons, Dereck Kennedy and Kameron Kennedy, his father, Leonard Wayne Kennedy and his brother, David Kennedy.

Georgia Cremation Columbus is assisting the family.

    My sincere condolences to his wife Janet, his sons Derrick and Cameron and his
    father and brother. He was my buddy and was known by me and only me as Rarry..he was always smiling no matter how bad he was hurting..he will be missed so much..but will never be forgotten..
