Leonor Cubillos was born in Colombia, South America on April 23, 1931.
She is survived by her beloved children, Hebert and Gloria; her grandchildren, Frank, Jonathan, Gerardo and Mark; great-grandchildren Deborah, Catalina, Ana, Marcelo, Gianna and several other family members, both here in the States and in Colombia.
Leonor lived a faith based life for 36 years that reflected who she was as a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and sister in the faith. She is remembered for her lifestyle of prayer, sharing words of wisdom and imparting godly council. She is also remembered for her dedication at her local church where she served as an Intercessor and her joyful heart, which she shared with everyone.
She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her, love her and shared life with her. One of her favorite Bible verses that we most remember her by was Proverbs 31:25 & 26 “Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”
