Dear Larry & Family – Our hearts are just broken to learn of this sad loss of Linda. I am always reminded of Paul’s letter to the Corinthians when He says that with Christ, we have all been baptized into His body by the Holy Spirit. Though many parts, we are all One Body in Christ. As such, the eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you.” Each part of His body (each of us) has equal concern for one another. If one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. When one part is suffering, every part suffers with it. Larry, please know our hearts surround you with love in this sad time. We don’t have words that could adequately convey our true sadness. Knowing that even those of us out here on the fringe of your life also grieve along with you would, prayerfully, provide some comfort. As mere mortals, it’s what little we have to offer one another, but we offer it (as members of One Body in Christ) from the absolute core of our being. Praying you and the family feel the real presence of the Father during this sad time. Sending with much love, and with prayers for God’s peace and comfort.
