Martha H. Dodgen, 82, of Lawrenceville, Georgia went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 9, 2022.

Mrs. Dodgen was born and raised in Atlanta, GA.  She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and was employed with Bell Telephone, Atlanta Gas Light Company, Georgia Power and retired from Eastside Medical Center in Gwinnett.   She was a member of First Baptist Church in Snellville.  One of her many hobbies was shopping and traveling and spoiling her granddaughter, Kylee Danko.  She was a beautiful person who truly loved everyone and never meet a stranger, she will be greatly missed and live on in our hearts forever.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Grace Harris; son, Gregory; and sister, Marjorie Adams.

She is survived by husband, Charles H. “Pete” Dodgen; daughter, Stacy Danko (Marty Danko); and granddaughter, Kylee Danko.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Martha’s name to support.woundedwarriorproject.org.
