Martha Ann Meredith of Georgetown, Georgia passed away on October 31,2020.
Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 15,2020 at Hudson’s By the Lake in Douglasville, Georgia.
Ms. Martha was born August 17, 1952 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Martha was the daughter of late Owen & Geneva Carpenter. Ms. Meredith was a homemaker. Martha had a kind and compassionate spirit and never met a stranger,
everyone that knew her loved her. She was known by most of her friends as Granny!
Martha was preceded in death by her father, Owen Gaston Carpenter; mother, Geneva Elizabeth Carpenter; sister, Marcell Jane Carpenter; grandchildren, Ricky Dylon White, Michael Brooks Jr.; and life partner Randy Weaver.
Martha is survived by her five children; Barbara Ann Parish, Terry Dean Coalson, Juanita Christine Gossett, Ricky Lynn Meredith Jr., Vicky Lynn White; her brother; Ray Carpenter; sister, Amy Creel and 16 Grandchildren and 16 Great-Grandchildren.
