William Wert McNelley, Jr. age 83, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2015.  The family will hold a private service to celebrate his life.  He was born Monday, November 16, 1931 in Birmingham, Alabama.  He was a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy, followed by a career with the Department of Defense.  Mr. McNelley was passionate about learning and knowledge.
