A Mother’s Star, Light Shines
First breaths drawn, a deep gasp and a golden hue… born? A soul changing hands, an exchange in the ether – from within and toward without? A new life comes forth, and there is light. Through eyelids never opened a warm glow seeps through, and a mother’s warm embrace. Her child.
I am here, but know not where. It was dark and now it’s not, it is lighter. Is this a ‘star?’ Am I a ‘star?’ She holds my body and I feel her holding. I feel her light. It seems like she thinks me a ‘star.’ She holds me gently. She is my light. I will be her star. She is my star. All through each night.
She is my Star, all through each Night.

If only we could of had our Dads longer…..
I have good memories of you all.
