Oma Lynn Green, 62, of Columbus, GA, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024.

Lynn was born April 5, 1962, in Dothan, Alabama to the late Linda Joyce Duke and Kenneth Clayton.

Lynn is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Joyce Duke. Her stepmother, Ellen Clayton. One brother, David Norman Duke. Her grandmother, Omie Viola Cook. Her grandfather, John Raymond Cook, one uncle, Ronald Gallups, one aunt, Trisha Lee Smith and one cousin, Robin Argyroudis.

She is survived by her father, Kenneth Clayton, her son, Joshua Certain, Nelson Green, her brothers: Craig Clayton, Charlie Duke, Kenny Clayton and Daniel Clayton; her sisters: Edie Brown and Ronda Butler. Her aunts: Nancy Grantham (Rocky) and Tyia Dawson (Ron); her uncle, Henry “Duffy” Gallups (Carol); Two grandchildren: Joshua Certain, Jr. and Trinity Certain. Three nieces: Nicole Mose, Amanda Jones, and Kayla Marshall. One nephew: Alan Duke and several other nieces and nephews. And a very special friend, Katie Leach.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and the family will announce plans at that time.
